A small producer of fine “gourmet” style mushrooms to restaurant, pub and small farmers market retail outlets. Seasonal varieties include King Oyster Mushrooms (our personal favourite variety), the becoming ever popular Lions Mane and Maitake.
Harvested and delivered within 24 hours, more often within 3-4, fresh is best.
The Crop
Grown with the environment at heart.
We have been growing so called gourmet mushrooms since 2019, starting as a hobby after being given a grow kit from it rapidly escalated into an obsession and eventually a business.
All our supplied packaging is fully recyclable or ideally compostable both in the council food bins or better yet in a garden compost pile (worms do like a nibble on a cardboard punnet) and supplied by a local company, literally down the road from our farm.
